Job Description

Job Title:

Assists cardiologists who perform cardiac catheterizations and other heart procedures.
Prepare patients for procedures, explain what will happen during tests and procedures, and provide a little reassurance if patients are nervous or upset.
Clean and shave the insertion area before the procedure begins and monitor the patients heart rate and other vital signs during the catheterization.
Detect even slight abnormalities and report them to the cardiologist immediately.
take precautions to prevent problems during procedures,
Cleaning equipment, updating medical records and moving and lifting patients, if necessary.
Co ordinating for other procedure like TMT , TEE , HUTT ETC .

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as need
Actively participating in any training programs and lectures & transferring the same to the team and peers.
Coordinates with other functions/ units and extend support when needed.

Educational Qualifications:

1-5 of years of experience as Cathlab Technician
Exposure to customer centric situations
Be persistent
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skill

Expected Deliverables:

Documentation and backup
Zero audit/ statutory complaints
Timely sharing of reports to the concerned heads
Zero complaints and 100% accuracy in executing the task
