Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Operations:

  • Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Manage and supervise catering staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards in all catering areas.

Training & Development:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for catering staff on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Inventory & Maintenance:

  • Manage inventory of catering supplies and equipment; ensure timely replenishment.
  • Report and coordinate maintenance issues to ensure a safe and clean environment.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, staff performance, and inventory levels.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum educational requirement: Graduate
  • Experience: 1-3 years in catering supervision or training roles within the hospitality or catering industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
