CATERING MANAGER

As a Business Development & Sales professional, your role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities for catering services in weddings, conferences, and events. This will require you to meet potential clients such as event planners, hotels, banquet halls, and corporates to secure new orders. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting catering proposals, quotations, and customized packages while ensuring to achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. Building long-term relationships with clients, venues, and vendors to ensure repeat business will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Additionally, you will promote catering services through digital marketing, referrals, and networking events.
