Role Overview: As a T&E Category Management Charter at Schneider Electric, you will be accountable for various key responsibilities including launch effectiveness, NPIs sales performance, zonal business support, large project deal support, pricing strategy, alignment & prioritization, and more. You will play a crucial role in defining and communicating customer imperatives, delivering on T&E P&L commitments, and leading the deployment of T&E strategic growth initiatives in the Zones. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure completion and updating of launch activities in zonal launch documents - Gather forecasts and feedback on new product introductions from zonal team - Monitor key competitors and benchmark new products against them - Investigate new applications for existing or new offers - Conduct regular cadences with local commercial teams - Lead new offer introduction reviews and drive corrective actions - Determine appropriate GTM strategy for HBN & Rack Systems offers in the zone - Assist commercial organization in executing GTM strategies for new offer introductions - Provide support for reporting, product information requests, and trainings - Support sales in winning opportunities, special projects, and large deals - Assist with Quality Monitoring and Resolution activities when required - Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and global functions for core offer related requests Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or master's degree in Business Management - 10+ years of experience in Offer Creation, Sales or Marketing in India - Fluent in English and other working language in India, Hindi & Zonal Language - Experience in creating business cases and offer creation process - Ideally from the Single Phase UPS and Rack Systems industry - Strong team player with excellent communication skills - Passionate about innovation and identifying market opportunities - Organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously - Preferably based in Delhi or Bangalore Additional Company Details: Schneider Electric values inclusion, mastery, purpose, action, curiosity, and teamwork.
