Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before and after surgical procedures. Sterilize instruments, surgical trays, and equipment as per infection control protocols. Assist the surgeon and nursing staff during ophthalmic procedures (e.g., Cataract, Retina, LASIK). Ensure all necessary surgical instruments and consumables are available before the procedure. Handle pre-op and post-op patient positioning, draping, and basic monitoring. Follow OT protocols strictly to maintain a sterile environment.
