Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Data & Cloud Services Location: Hybrid – Delhi/Noida Type: Full-Time Start Date: Immediate Function: Sales / Business Development Industry: Enterprise Technology Consulting (AI, Cloud, Data, Digital Engineering) About the Client We are recruiting on behalf of a leading India-based IT services and consulting firm specializing in Data & Analytics, Snowflake Consulting, Cloud Transformation, AI/ML, and Digital Engineering . The company serves mid-market and enterprise clients across North America, UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. With a robust delivery presence in Delhi-NCR, the firm is expanding its go-to-market efforts and seeks a full-time SDR to build a qualified pipeline and engage with senior decision-makers in targeted industries such as Pharma, BFSI, Education, Retail, and Manufacturing etc. Role Overview The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a pivotal role in outbound sales development, prospect engagement, and qualification. You will collaborate closely with the founders, delivery heads, and sales leadership to generate meetings and pipeline for consulting solutions in Cloud, Snowflake, and Data Modernization. Key Responsibilities Execute targeted outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) across geographies. Research and identify key decision-makers in target accounts. Manage follow-ups, schedule discovery calls, and qualify leads. Track and improve outreach KPIs – reply rates, meetings booked, SQLs. Update CRM systems (Zoho/HubSpot) and maintain lead hygiene. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging. Maintain an active understanding of client services and solution offerings. Candidate Profile 3 to 6 years of experience in SDR, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation (B2B Tech). Hands-on experience selling IT services – especially around Data & Analytics, Snowflake, Cloud, or AI/ML. Strong research and personalization capabilities for outbound prospecting. Confident communicating with VP/CXO-level buyers globally. Comfortable with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, Instantly, Apollo, etc.). Strong English communication (written and verbal). Ability to work independently, manage targets, and thrive in a startup environment. Compensation & Benefits CTC: ₹8 LPA (fixed) + performance-linked incentives.
