Develop & implement strategies to increase sales, visibility, and profitability on online platforms. Handle product listings, pricing, content optimization, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate with marketing teams for online brand visibility, SEO/SEM, and paid campaigns. Work closely with supply chain & warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing & on-time delivery. Monitor consumer trends, category performance & competitor activity within FMCG ecommerce. Manage marketplace relationships and resolve escalations related to listings, returns, or logistics. Track KPIs and prepare sales reports, analyzing revenue, conversions, and growth opportunities. Forecast demand and manage inventory for ecommerce channels. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of FMCG ecommerce ecosystem and consumer buying behavior.
