Catalog Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catalog Executive to join our team. The Catalog Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the product catalog across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and visibility of product information. This role plays a key part in driving online sales by delivering well-structured, optimized, and customer-friendly product listings.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Product Catalog Management:

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms and company systems.
• Ensure product details such as titles, descriptions, pricing, specifications, and images are accurate and updated.

2) Content Optimization:

• Write clear, concise, and SEO-friendly product descriptions.
• Optimize product listings for better visibility and ranking on e-commerce platforms.

3) Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, inventory, and design teams to collect accurate product data.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to gather missing or updated information

4) Quality Assurance:

• Regularly audit product listings to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with platform guidelines.
• Identify catalog errors, duplicates, or gaps and resolve them promptly

5) Performance Monitoring:

• Track and analyse catalog performance (views, clicks, conversions).
• Suggest improvements in product presentation and listing strategy based on performance insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in catalog management, e-commerce operations, or product data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar).
• Good written communication skills for product content creation.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and tools (preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Yelachenahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
