Cashier/Customer Service

As a Customer Service Representative based in Hyderabad, your role will involve interacting with customers, providing excellent service, operating and playing games, utilizing selling skills for upselling and cross-selling, handling customer operations, and cashiering. It is essential to have at least an S.S.C or H.S.C. qualification, and college students or freshers are encouraged to apply. The age criteria for this position is between 18 to 26 years. You will be working full-time with 9-hour shifts, including rotational shift timings. For male employees, the shift timings vary from 1 PM to 10 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, 3 PM to 12 AM, and 4 PM to 1 AM. There will be 1 week off during weekdays, with public holidays and weekends designated as working days. Uniform and grooming are mandatory requirements for this role. In addition to the base salary, you will be entitled to incentives, 24 days of paid casual leave post the probation period, double wages on national holidays, health mediclaim, and child education benefits.
