Job Description

Responsible for ensuring consistent achieve or exceed sales, KPIs through effective use of short and long term planning, expense control, sales and service.  Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with service standards.  Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive business.  Manage and achieve or exceed all Inventory and Shrinkage goals; oversee and manage physical inventory counts.  Maintain physical condition of store according to according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs in a timely manner. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Ability to commute/relocate: Marredpally, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: Retail sales: 1 year (Required) Sales: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Application Deadline: 25/12/2022
