Job Description

Supervising and Training Cashiers:Head cashiers train new cashiers, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Cash Handling and Management:They manage cash flow, ensure accurate end-of-day reconciliations, and maintain the security of cash funds.
Customer Service:Head cashiers handle customer complaints, resolve issues related to transactions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Point of Sale (POS) System Management:They may be involved in troubleshooting POS issues and ensuring the system runs smoothly.
Other Duties:This may include assisting with inventory management, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
