Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial tasks. The role involves handling basic accounting entries, maintaining ledgers, managing payment receipts, and performing duties as assigned by senior staff or management. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform basic accounting entries in the accounting system (e.g., sales, purchases, journal entries, bank transactions). Maintain and reconcile general and subsidiary ledgers accurately. Record and process receipts and payments, ensuring proper documentation and approvals. Assist with invoicing, billing, and follow-up on outstanding payments. Reconcile bank statements regularly and resolve discrepancies. Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation. Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities. Complete tasks and assignments given by senior accountants or management on time. Assist in audits, budgeting, and other financial operations as directed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. years of experience in an accounting or finance role. Familiarity with accounting standards and financial practices. Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP). Strong MS Excel skills. Good communication and team collaboration skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
