Job Title: Accountant Cum Cashier

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant Cum Cashier to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and experience in handling cash transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day cash transactions and maintain cash books.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Coordinate with banks and vendors for payments and receipts.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards.
• Support payroll processing as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com or any relevant field in accounting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Experience:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in accounting and cashiering roles.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Working Hours:

• 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (or as per organizational timings)
