Job Description

You will be responsible for managing transactions with customers using cash registers, tracking transactions, and reporting any discrepancies. You will also be required to import sales reports in Tally, balance the cash register, and generate reports for credit and debit sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for sending daily accounts related reports to the accounts department and managers, following up with customers for debtors clearing, and coordinating with sales executives for debtors collection. Furthermore, you will be expected to prepare E-way bills and delivery challans for spare parts delivery, make daily deposits of cash/cheque to the bank, send local purchase bills and vouchers to the Head office, and daily close the main cash and petty cash with denomination and signature. You will also need to send stationery orders monthly, ensure diesel consumption for Generator and Company Vehicle, and calculate TOD (Trade on Discount). Qualifications: - B.Com - Experience: Minimum 2 years in the same profile (Candidate should have experience in Tally) Location: Kalamassery Benefits: - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Additional Details: - Ability to commute/relocate: Kodungallur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: - Total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Salary: 15000 - 20000 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Performance bonus and Yearly bonus are also included in the benefits package.,
