Job Description

As a Cashier in our company located in Kalamassery, your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing transactions with customers using cash registers. - Tracking transactions and reporting any discrepancies. - Importing sales reports in Tally. - Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales. - Sending the daily accounts related reports to accounts department and managers. - Following up with customers for debtors clearing. - Coordinating with sales executives for debtors collection. - Preparing E-way bill and delivery challan for spare parts delivery. - Daily depositing cash/cheque to the bank. - Sending the local purchase bill and vouchers to Head office. - Daily closing the main cash and petty cash with denomination and signature. - Sending stationery orders monthly. - Ensuring Diesel consumption for Generator and Company Vehicle. - Calculating TOD (Trade on Discount). Qualifications required: - B.Com degree. - Minimum 2 years of experience in the same profile with proficiency in Tally. Please note that the work location is in person at our office in Kalamassery, and the ability to commute or relocate to Kodungallur, Kerala, is required.
