Job Description

Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service at the billing counter.
Accurately process sales transactions using a cash register or POS system.
Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments while ensuring billing accuracy.
Issue receipts, return change correctly, and manage returns or exchanges per policy.
Guide customers to over-the-counter products and refer prescription-related queries to the pharmacist.
Apply relevant discounts, offers, or loyalty programs during checkout.
Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist in restocking shelves, checking expiry dates, and supporting the pharmacy team when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
