Job Summary

The Cloud Kitchen Cashier is responsible for accurately handling customer orders, processing payments, and coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment. This role is essential in maintaining smooth daily operations in a delivery-focused kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders from food delivery platforms, phone calls, or walk-in customers (if applicable)
• Accurately enter orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly
• Verify order details before sending them to the kitchen
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct and timely order preparation
• Monitor online order platforms and update order status
• Resolve basic customer queries or complaints politely and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter
• Prepare daily sales reports and assist with end-of-day cash reconciliation
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a cashier or in food service (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and digital payment methods
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented
