Cashier

As a Cashier in our outlet located in Banglore, you will be responsible for handling all customer transactions efficiently and accurately to ensure a positive and professional experience. Your role will involve managing billing, maintaining cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Ensure accurate cash, card, and digital transaction management. - Maintain daily sales records and reconcile cash at the end of the shift. - Provide receipts, refunds, and handle customer inquiries or complaints politely. - Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth workflow. - Ensure cleanliness and organization at the billing counter. - Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. - Report any discrepancies or technical issues to the supervisor immediately. - Support inventory audits and assist in stock management when required. Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline. - Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar customer-facing role preferred. - Basic knowledge of computers and billing software (POS). - Strong numerical and communication skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
