Cash Supervisor

Job Description

Quixa Hypermart is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Cash Supervisor to oversee cash operations and front-end activities. The Cash Supervisor will manage customer relation staff, ensure smooth and accurate cash handling, and support efficient front-end operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage cashiers and customer relation staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy in transactions.
• Oversee front-end operations, including billing counters and customer service desks.
• Ensure strict compliance with cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliation, deposits, and reporting.
• Monitor cash registers, resolve discrepancies, and authorize refunds or voids as per company policy.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to cashiers and front-end staff.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or escalations in a professional manner.
• Ensure availability of adequate cash change and maintain security of cash handling processes.
• Coordinate with management for promotions, discounts, and special offers at billing counters.
• Prepare and submit daily cash reports and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism among front-end team members.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in cash handling or supervision, preferably in retail or hypermarket operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in billing software, and cash reconciliation.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
