Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Cash and Accounts Executive to manage all aspects of customer transactions and provide exceptional service within our retail supermarket environment. This role is crucial for maintaining a seamless customer experience, accurately handling all payment processes, and identifying opportunities for operational and product improvements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing excellent customer service by responding to all inquiries, professionally and appropriately, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Manage the customer service process from start to finish, which includes identifying customer issues, troubleshooting solutions, assembling and forwarding necessary information, and verifying the customer’s understanding.
• Transaction and POS Management
• Accurately process all customer transactions, including managing cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
• Proficiently use the POS system to scan items, apply discounts, manage transactions, and issue receipts.
• Ensure the precise handling of payments and the accurate processing of all customer transactions.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a retail supermarket or similar fast-paced retail environment.
• Education: Graduation
• Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner.
• Candidates from nearby locations of Chadayamangalam is preferred.
