Case Administrator (Weekends)

In this role, you will be working remotely based in Ireland or the UK as a full-time employee, required to work weekends and three days during the week. As a part of Diagnexia, a subsidiary of Deciphex, you will be contributing to accelerating certainty and pioneering pathology services. The company aims to provide innovative software solutions to address the pathology gap in research and clinical areas, ultimately improving patient outcomes and helping healthcare organizations stay at the forefront of the industry. Your responsibilities will include monitoring cases, communicating with customers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing technical support as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor all cases received by Diagnexia UK - Communicate with customers regarding delays, updates, or additional materials - Respond to queries from customers and team members, including the pathologist team - QA all samples and data transcription - Register and maintain referring clinician and patient information for referred cases - Ensure compliance with GDPR/CQC regulations and maintain patient records - Respond to email tickets and provide basic troubleshooting for customer support problems - Track and document technical issues, escalate when necessary - Assist with Research Pathology technical support and out of office hours support when required - Training may include ISMS, GLP, DocuSign, and GDPR awareness Qualifications Required: - A-level in a science subject or working towards achieving it - Good customer service skills and ability to work with various groups - Proficiency in transcription, Microsoft Word, and Excel - Organized, diligent, and able to meet timelines - Motivated, independent worker with proactive mindset - Willingness to learn and develop skills, scientific diploma or relevant certification is an advantage - Basic IT troubleshooting experience is beneficial - Experience with digital pathology and electronic documentation system is highly desirable Desirable Skills and Experience: - Experience with GLP regulations or software will be advantageous,
