UX/UI Designer (Product Designer)

As a UI/UX Product Designer for Deciphex, you will have the opportunity to help build the future of AI in Health. Your primary responsibilities will include designing intuitive interfaces for Patholytix, our AI platform used in toxicologic pathology and drug discovery. You will craft wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and UI components to streamline complex scientific workflows. Building responsive and user-friendly designs that cater to various devices and screen sizes will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our design system to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability. Conducting usability testing, gathering feedback, and iterating rapidly will be essential tasks to enhance user experience. Your involvement in customer demos and voice-of-customer sessions will provide valuable insights into the practical application of your designs. Promoting a user-first mindset within your team and the organization, sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and advocating for good design practices throughout the product lifecycle are integral parts of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess at least 5 years of UX/UI design experience along with a robust portfolio showcasing your UX thinking and UI design skills. Experience in designing software products, especially complex systems or B2B tools, is highly beneficial. Proficiency in tools like Figma and FigJam is required, and a background in healthtech, AI, data visualization, or platform design is considered a bonus.
