Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven professionals to join Equitas Bank as CASA Sales Officers. The role involves acquiring new customers and driving CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new CASA customers through field sales and direct sourcing.

• Achieve monthly sales targets for CASA accounts.

• Cross-sell banking products to deepen customer relationships.

• Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and promotional activities.

• Maintain customer records and ensure compliance with bank policies.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.

• Basic knowledge of banking products.

• Self-motivated with good networking ability.

Eligibility:

• Graduate (any discipline).

• Prior experience in field sales preferred.

Salary 35000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
