As an Elite Banker in the Bharat Banking division, your primary responsibility will be to enhance customer engagement virtually, with the aim of increasing customer stickiness among managed clients. You will focus on deepening CASA relationships, promoting mobile banking adoption, boosting cross-selling of products, and upgrading customers into the relationship banking program. Your goal is to achieve higher customer satisfaction, retention, and a comprehensive understanding of the bank's offerings, relationship manager objectives, and product cross-sell processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Deepening customer relationships to enhance their value - Conducting quality customer engagements over calls using industry best practices - Encouraging mobile banking adoption and facilitating initial logins on the Optimus app - Building up CASA value, acquiring new clients, and increasing product holdings per customer within your portfolio - Cross-selling pre-approved products like credit cards to increase products per customer - Profiling customers to offer suitable banking products based on their needs - Meeting monthly operating plans to improve scorecard and decile rankings - Coordinating with teams to close retail assets and trade transactions resulting from client engagement - Resolving customer queries and complaints promptly to achieve NPS benchmarks - Ensuring strict compliance with bank policies and regulations - Presenting the benefits and eligibility criteria of the Relationship Banking program and on-boarding customers/groups to the RB program In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also: - Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations - Provide exceptional customer service to clients to establish yourself as their primary banker To qualify for this role, you should have: - Graduation: Any Graduate - Post Graduation: Any Post Graduate - Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in Banking or allied business,
