We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to join our Australia team as a Country Counselor for our reputable student visa consultancy firm. As a Australia Country Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the complex process of obtaining student visas for various countries. Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert advice on visa requirements, assisting with application procedures, and ensuring a smooth transition for students pursuing their academic goals abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Visa Consultation:Offer comprehensive consultations to students regarding the visa application process, requirements, and documentation for specific countries.Stay up-to-date on visa policies, regulations, and immigration laws for various study destinations.
• Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Provide personalized guidance to address individual student needs and concerns related to the visa application process.
• Application Assistance:Assist students in preparing and organizing required documents for visa applications.Provide support in filling out visa application forms accurately and efficiently.
• Liaison with Authorities:Establish and maintain effective communication channels with relevant embassy/consulate officials and immigration authorities.Represent the consultancy firm in liaising with government agencies to stay informed about any policy changes.
• Market Research:Conduct ongoing research on visa trends, changes in immigration policies, and other factors affecting international students' visa processes.
• Documentation and Record-keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, visa applications, and related documents.
• Team Collaboration:Collaborate with other team members, including academic advisors and career counselors, to ensure a seamless and holistic support system for students.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
