Carpet Designer

As a Rug Designer at a renowned carpet and rug making company near Varanasi (UP), your role involves developing original rug designs based on client specifications or market trends. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, sketch and create detailed design plans using software tools like AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator, select appropriate materials and colors for each design, and work with manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and quality. Your responsibilities also include conducting research on current trends and styles in rug and interior design, reviewing samples and prototypes for quality and accuracy, managing multiple design projects simultaneously, providing design revisions based on client feedback, and staying up-to-date with advancements in textile technologies.
