Caretaker/Site Manager

Hiring Caretakers for Our Goa and Dehradun OTel Properties

We are looking for full-time, male caretakers for our beautiful properties in Goa and Dehradun.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Monthly remuneration: ₹13,000–₹15,000

2. ⁠Staff quarter with attached washroom

3. ⁠Mobile data connection provided

4. ⁠Three meals per day included

5. ⁠Guest tips can be retained by caretaker (Subject to accounting)

6. ⁠Additional ₹100–₹200 per night may be paid based on guest stays, feedback, and season (peak/non-peak months)

7. ⁠30 days annual leave in non-peak months with no deduction in pay

Requirements:

1. Must be male, disciplined, and well-groomed

2. ⁠Good housekeeping and guest service skills

3. ⁠Basic cooking skills

4. ⁠2/4 Wheeler Driving skills preferred

5. ⁠Must maintain high hygiene standards

6. ⁠Good communication skills

7. ⁠Internet and WhatsApp knowledge
