Role & responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the public health sector. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Promote and sell public health products/services, achieving sales targets and revenue growth. Work closely with corporate hospitals for end to end sales management Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide insights to inform sales strategies. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and customer support teams. Collaborate with distributors in the region for sales, demonstrations, delivery and closing deals with revenue realization. Manage and train and support the Distributors for overall sale cycle. Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and pain points to improve products/services. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, business, marketing). 2. Proven sales experience, preferably in the public health or healthcare industry. 3. Strong understanding of public health issues, trends, and regulations. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Note - We'll be offering 30,000 to 40,000 for this role and this job Demands Extensive Field Work. Comfortable with Field work and comfortable with local language will be preferred.
Role & responsibilities We are looking to hire a team player at Doto Health. You will get to be a part of a fast-growing start-up, and have the opportunity to play a critical role both in-house & the field. The associate will work closely with the operations manager and make the sure smooth working of all the products/Devices. The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Attend all the field customer support calls from customers & in a timely response to them to resolve the issues Provide field training to customers. Cross-selling for Annual Maintenance (AMC) & components to existing customers Interact with current key customers to understand product performance & provide observations, and suggestions to the team. Gather from field visits product requirements & submit them to software development. Travel at client site for deployment & support whenever required. Identify product gaps independently and document the same Preferred candidate profile Team Work: Work with Intra teams (ie. Operations, Sales & Software) in the organization Flexible with managing time for calls and interactions with reporting managers and timely submission of deliverables. Proficiency in hardware electronics understanding, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 2010, Self-motivated, and able to balance responsibilities on multiple tasks. The candidate should have an eye for detail, identify gaps, and give feedback Driven individuals who possess the ability to learn new skills and be patient while learning.
