Career Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Career Recruiter – Overseas Recruitment to lead and manage international talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and compliance with international labor laws. This role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent from overseas markets to meet organizational workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for overseas hiring needs across multiple departments.
• Source qualified international candidates through job boards, social media, partnerships with overseas agencies, and talent databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, language skills, and cultural fit.
• Ensure compliance with international labor and immigration laws, work visa processes, and destination country employment regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and international job fairs.
• Manage job postings and employer branding efforts targeted toward global talent pools.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress and challenges.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
