Career & Learning Counselor

FutureX is hiring a Course Counselor / Student Advisor to guide and support students and parents through their academic and career journey.You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming leads and will play a key role in converting them into successful admissions for our globally certified training programs.Responsibilities:• Call and follow up with students and parents from lead sources (WhatsApp, Instagram, webinars, etc.)• Clearly explain FutureX programs, certification benefits, and career outcomes• Build trust and confidence through meaningful conversations• Maintain records using basic CRM or Google Sheets• Help students complete admission and onboardingQualifications:• Strong communication skills (English + Malayalam)• Friendly, approachable, and confident on phone• Experience in counseling / education / EdTech is a plus• Fresh graduates are welcome if they’re enthusiastic and people-focusedCompany Description
