Job Description

SUMMARY Exciting career Opportunity for Steel Fixers to work in Poland! Your Role: Understanding engineering and architectural drawings. Identifying where needs to be placed. Using tools like rebar cutters, benders, and grinders. Fabricating rebar according to design specifications. Placing rebar in the correct positions. Using wire ties, spacers, and supports to secure the steel. Ensuring proper spacing for structural integrity. Coordinating with concrete workers to ensure proper placement. Making adjustments before and during concrete pouring. Operating equipment such as hydraulic benders, angle grinders, and power saws. Safely handling heavy materials and tools. Wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) like gloves, helmets, and harnesses. Adhering to workplace safety standards to prevent accidents. Preparing work areas before installation. Cleaning up and storing tools after work. Timeline for Migration: 1. Application to Selection: Not more than 15 days 2. Visa Processing & Departure: 4 months Start working in Poland between 4-5 months. Requirements Who Can Apply? Education Back round: Open to all categories Experience : Min 1 year as Steel Fixer Age : No restrictions. Visa Type : Work Visa. Language: Basic English proficiency Benefits Salary : 22-25 Polish Zloty (PLN) per hour. Monthly Earning Potential : Approximately 5720 PLN, equivalent to around 120,000 INR. Contract Duration : Candidates will work in Poland for an initial period of three years, with the possibility of contract renewal based on performance.
