Job Title: Career Growth Mentor -Outreach

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct interactive student training sessions, awareness programs, and skill

development workshops.

● Mentor students on higher education opportunities (online/offline) and support them

in decision-making.

● Facilitate university admissions and ensure timely monthly closures.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with institute management and students.

Work Model:

● Handle 3 institutes independently.

● Weeks 1–3: Training and student engagement activities.

● Week 4: Admission counseling and closure activities.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

● 0–3 years of experience in training, counseling, or student engagement preferred.

● Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are encouraged to

apply.

● Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of assigned institutes.
