Career Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and clear information about Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs, admission criteria, course structure, and career opportunities.
• Engage with prospective students through phone, email, chat, and social media to answer inquiries and offer personalized support.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students’ interests and recommend suitable academic programs.
• Guide students through the complete admission process — from initial inquiry to final enrollment — ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain consistent communication with students, providing updates, encouragement, and assistance as needed.
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the admissions department.
• Accurately record and manage student interactions and application progress in the CRM or admissions management system.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in admissions counseling, student support, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and listening abilities with a student-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
