Description
You will be working as a Career Counselor (Night shift) at Henry Harvin, located in Noida. Your role will involve providing customer service, sales, education, and interpersonal communication to assist prospective students and facilitate the admissions process on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities: - Interacting with prospective students to provide career counseling and guidance - Handling customer inquiries and providing information about various programs offered - Conducting sales activities to convert leads into admissions - Ensuring smooth admissions process and documentation - Demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills Qualifications: - Proficient in interpersonal communication and communication skills - Strong customer service skills with a sales-oriented approach - Educational background in the field of Education, Communication, or related area - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field - Experience in admissions or student services will be an advantage Henry Harvin is a global Edtech company with a presence in 97+ countries.
