Job Description

Conduct individual career counselling sessions , providing guidance on career exploration, self-assessment, resume and cover letter writing, interview skills, and job search strategies.
Develop and deliver workshops and presentations on career-related topics to groups of clients.
Administer and interpret career assessments to help clients identify their strengths, interests, and values.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour market trends, industry developments, and educational opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with employers, educational institutions, and community organizations to expand career resources for clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and track client outcomes.
Contribute to the development and improvement of career services programs and resources.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
