Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor located in the Amritsar/Ludhiana Area. The Career Counselor will be responsible for guiding clients in their career decisions, helping them with career development plans, providing student counseling, and managing career-related issues. The day-to-day tasks will include one-on-one counseling sessions, assessments, creating personalized strategies for career growth, and conducting workshops and group sessions.

• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in the mental health or educational sector is a plus
