Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for daily tasks such as communicating with potential students, providing excellent customer service, and promoting courses to prospective students.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sales and customer service experience
• Educational background in business or marketing
• Experience in the education industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Additional qualifications that may be beneficial include knowledge of analytics and experience with CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
