We are looking for a caring and responsible Care Taker to assist elderly individuals with daily activities and provide emotional support. The ideal candidate should be patient, trustworthy, and passionate about elder care. Responsibilities: • Assist elders with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility • Provide medication reminders (no injections) • Prepare simple meals and serve food • Accompany elders to hospital visits, parks, or walks • Maintain a clean and safe environment • Offer companionship and emotional support Requirements: • Age: 20–50 years • Basic reading & writing skills (Marathi/Hindi preferred, English optional) • Good communication and polite behavior • Physically fit to assist with elder needs • Experience in elder care, nursing, or housekeeping preferred (not mandatory) Benefits: • Fixed salary + overtime pay • Food & accommodation (if required) • Training provided by Care for Bharath
