Prayojana Golden Years Services provides personalized holistic support and care for elders living alone in Chennai,Bengaluru,Hyderabad, Madurai,Trichy and Trivandrum. The organization helps elders Stay Healthy, Active, and Comfortable in the comfort of their own homes. Prayojana acts as local proxies and offers hyper-local support for the elders, aiming to make a difference in their lives and the lives of their families.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Care Buddy role located in Bengaluru. The Care Buddy will be responsible for providing personalized and holistic support to elders, ensuring their health, activity, and comfort in their homes. Daily tasks include customer service, and communication with both the elders and their families.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Patient and compassionate attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Experience working with the elderly population is a plus.
  • Owing a Two wheeler is Mandatory.
  • Willing to travel within the specified Territory or Area.
