As a Cards BA, your main role will involve analyzing business requirements, collaborating with the project team, and creating a functional specification document to address the identified needs. You will also be responsible for participating in solution and architecture design to develop effective system solutions that meet the business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Participating in business requirement discussions and identifying any gaps, along with proposing high-level solutions such as workarounds or process changes. - Demonstrating strong knowledge in card-related applications, components, and surrounding systems. - Having extensive knowledge of different card schemes and regulations, and the ability to collaborate with markets and regulators for compliance, particularly with Visa and Mastercard specifications. - Validating business requirements to ensure alignment with business/operations needs, IT architecture, and security standards. - Managing the requirement traceability matrix to ensure delivery coverage and quality. - Working closely with the testing team on testing activities, test plans, scope, and approach, including reviewing test scenarios, test cases, test data, and managing defects. You will also assist users in planning and executing UAT, analyzing defects, and defining defect priorities for the development team. Additionally, you will be required to proactively communicate and collaborate between various entities (internal users, technology team, business, and application vendors) to analyze information needs and functional requirements. You will deliver functional requirements, Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, GUI, Screen, and Interface designs as needed. Ensuring vendor clarity on project requirements is also a part of your responsibilities.
