Cards Business Analyst

As a Cards Business Analyst, your role will involve analyzing business requirements, collaborating with the project team, and creating functional specification documents to address the identified needs. You will play a key role in solution design and architecture to develop effective system solutions that meet the business requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in business requirement discussions to identify any gaps and propose high-level solutions, workarounds, or process changes - Demonstrating a strong understanding of card-related applications, components, and associated applications - Utilizing extensive knowledge of different schemes and regulations, especially Visa and Mastercard specifications, to ensure compliance with market and regulatory standards - Validating business requirements to ensure alignment with business/operations needs, IT architecture, and security standards - Managing requirement traceability matrix to track delivery coverage and quality - Working closely with the testing team on test plan development, test scope, test approach, review of test scenarios and test cases, triage and management of defects, validation of test results, and assisting users in UAT planning and execution - Facilitating communication and collaboration between internal users, technology teams, business stakeholders, and application vendors to analyze information needs, gather functional requirements, and deliver necessary documentation such as Functional Requirements, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, GUI, Screen, and Interface designs - Ensuring clarity with vendors on project requirements About Virtusa: At Virtusa, we value teamwork, quality of life, and professional and personal development.
