This role will involve handling credit card operations, payment processing, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee credit card operations and payment processes, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. 2. Conduct rigorous testing of credit card and payment systems to identify and rectify any bugs or issues. 3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of credit card operations and payment processes, suggesting improvements when necessary. 4. Maintain knowledge of current credit card and payment industry trends, technologies, and developments. 5. Provide technical support to customers and staff regarding credit card and payment queries. 6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations concerning credit card operations and payment processes. 7. Collaborate with other teams to optimise the use of credit cards and payment systems across the organisation. 8. Prepare and present reports on credit card usage, payment processes, and testing results to management. Skills Required: 1. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. 2. Proficient in credit card functions and payment processes. 3. Strong understanding of testing methodologies. 4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in using financial software and platforms. 7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. 8. A degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, or Computer Science.
