Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosing Heart Conditions
:
Identify heart problems like heart attacks, high blood pressure, arrhythmias (irregular heartbeats), and heart failure through tests like ECG, echocardiograms, and stress tests.

Treating and Managing Patients
:
Prescribe medications to control heart conditions.
Offer lifestyle advice to prevent heart disease (e.g., diet, exercise).
Perform heart procedures like angioplasty (unclogging blocked arteries) or placing stents if needed.

Advanced Care
:
Focus on more complex heart issues, including advanced heart failure or arrhythmias.
May perform specialized procedures like pacemaker implantation or catheterization.

Patient Education
:
Teach patients about heart disease prevention and help manage chronic conditions.
