Car Rental Agent

Job Description: As a Car Rental Agent, you will be responsible for providing customer support and sales assistance for international car rental services. Your main tasks will include handling inbound and outbound calls and emails from global customers, resolving queries efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will also be required to upsell and cross-sell rental options, meet performance targets, and work collaboratively with team members while following company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails from international customers. - Provide excellent customer service and efficiently resolve inquiries. - Upsell and cross-sell rental options or upgrades as appropriate. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Meet performance targets for quality, accuracy, and productivity. - Collaborate with team members and adhere to company policies. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. - Prior experience in international BPO, travel, or car rental process is preferred. - Comfortable working night shifts. - Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM systems. - Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,
