Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Car Polish Specialist at Turtlewax Car Wash & Auto Appearance Center. The role is based in Dhanbad and involves performing automotive polishing services to enhance the appearance of vehicles. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and preparing vehicle surfaces, applying polish products, maintaining work equipment, and ensuring high standards of service. The specialist will also interact with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively
• Foundational knowledge of Automotive detailing and polishing techniques
• Experience in Training and providing guidance on vehicle maintenance
• Basic understanding of Sales and upselling additional services to customers
• Knowledge of Insurance services related to automotive care is a plus
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, hands-on environment
