Job Title: Car Loan Manager
Location: Indore Experience Required: 3 to 8 YearsSalary Range: 35,000 to 80,000 per month (based on experience & performance)Industry: NBFC / Banking / Automobile Finance

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire car loan process from lead generation to loan disbursement.

Build and maintain relationships with car dealers, DSA partners, and customers.

Conduct credit assessment and risk analysis of loan applications.

Review and verify all required documentation including KYC, income proof, vehicle details, etc.

Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and disbursement teams for smooth processing.

Monitor daily/monthly loan performance, collection status, and portfolio quality.

Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and audit requirements.

Train and guide junior loan officers and support staff when required.

Drive business targets through direct sourcing and channel development.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in vehicle/car loan management (preferably in NBFC or bank).

Strong knowledge of auto loan products, credit policies, underwriting, and disbursement cycle.

Good understanding of compliance and regulatory norms.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and loan management systems.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
