Explain policy details, renewal benefits & offers. Convert assigned ready leads into renewals. Maintain follow-ups and achieve daily targets. Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi/English. Target-oriented and confident on calls. Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply. Prior experience in telecalling / insurance / BPO will be a plus.
