Car Exchange Evaluator

As a Vehicle Inspection & Valuation specialist, you will be responsible for physically inspecting used cars to assess their overall condition, including the engine, body, tires, and interiors. Your primary task will be to determine the accurate market value of these vehicles based on your assessments. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough documentation verification by checking ownership papers, RC, insurance details, loan clearance documents, and service history. Ensuring the authenticity of these documents is crucial to the valuation process. - Interact with customers to explain the valuation process clearly, provide them with fair and transparent exchange offers, and address any queries or concerns they may have. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to finalize exchange deals, provide support in negotiation efforts, and contribute to closing sales successfully. - Stay updated on used car market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and share valuable insights to optimize exchange programs and enhance business performance. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in vehicle inspection and valuation is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and customer service abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. - Knowledge of market analysis techniques is a plus.
