Car Accessories Manager

Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual accessories sales targets. Drive upselling of accessories with every vehicle sale. Implement promotional campaigns and schemes to boost accessory sales. Ensure customer satisfaction by offering appropriate accessories that match customer needs. Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores by ensuring timely delivery and quality fitting of accessories. Handle customer complaints related to accessories promptly and professionally. Maintain optimal inventory levels – neither overstocking nor stockouts. Ensure proper stock rotation and timely disposal of slow-moving or obsolete items. Ensure accessories are attractively displayed in the dealership to drive impulse purchases. Regularly update showroom layout as per new arrivals and seasonal promotions. Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and analysis. Monitor cost vs. revenue for all accessory-related activities.
