Job Description

A Restaurant Captain's responsibilities focus on leading service staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overseeing dining room operations, including greeting guests, managing reservations, training staff, handling complaints, coordinating with the kitchen, maintaining high service & cleanliness standards, and sometimes assisting with sales through upselling. They act as a bridge between management and servers, ensuring smooth service flow and a positive experience for all patrons, notes

we are looking for captain at Namma Veedu Vasanta Bhavan restaurant, Trivandrum ( lulu mall and kuravankonam) atleast 2 - 3 years experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
